Fly By Night Cattle Co. offers two options for private parties, the Party Room or the Venue. We have several chef-designed menus for you to select for your event. Our private event spaces are completely private providing a comfortable environment to accommodate any occasion or dining experience.

The Party Room offers the ultimate dining experience with 4 course chef-designed menus for you to select form for your event. The large custom built table seats up to 30 guests comfortably providing plenty of room for your guests to visit and enjoy a wonderful meal together. Service is on cream colored china, wood chargers, silver hammered tableware, paisley linen napkins and crystal stemware.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Private dining in The Party Room is $2,800 not including sales tax and gratuity. The price includes room and meals for up to 30 guests. The price remains the same whether you have 10 guests or 30 guests.

WHAT MENUS DO YOU OFFER?

Fly By Night Cattle Co. offers chef-designed menus for you to select for your guests. All the menus include hors d'oeuvres, salad, entrées, vegetables, dinner rolls and dessert. Whether you choose roasted airline chicken or Chilean sea bass, beef short ribs, herb & pepper-crusted prime rib, or grilled tenderloin the Fly by Night Cattle Co. team will work with you to select the perfect menu for you and your guests to ensure you have a wonderful event.

Accented in warm rich tones and cedar walls, the Venue can accommodate between 50-150 quests complete with its own handcrafted cedar bar for private events. The large windows provide beautiful views of the ranch.

The Venue rents for $3,500 plus the cost of the catering service and any optional bar packages.

Fly By Night Cattle Co. exclusively offers chef-designed menus for you to select from for your event. The cost includes silverware, china service and glassware for the guests' tables.

WHAT IS STYLE OF SERVICE?

We serve buffet style.

DO YOU ALLOW OFF-SITE FOOD TO BE BROUGHT IN?

Only approved desserts may be brought in, i.e, Wedding Cake.

HOW MANY HOURS ARE AVAILABLE WITH THE RENTAL?

We allow a maximum of 4 hours to set-up and your event time to not exceed 6 hours.

DO YOU HAVE BAR PACKAGES AVAILABLE?

Yes, we offer soft bar and full bar packages.

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT IN?

We are a TABC licensed private club in the state of Texas. No outside alcohol of any kind is permitted on Fly By Night Cattle Co. property.
